When you downgrade your Pass+ plan, the new plan will begin after your current plan ends. Below are the details of what you will lose when downgrading.

| Storage | Reduced to 100GB. Galleries exceeding this limit will be deleted after 1 week (oldest galleries first). |
| AI Photo Search for Clients | Disabled in Client Galleries. |
| Extra Brands | Only one brand will remain. Any additional brands will be removed. |
| Store Commission | Increases from 6% to 8% for users using 'Pass+ Collections'. |

| Storage | Reduced to 20GB. Galleries exceeding this limit will be deleted after 1 week (oldest galleries first). |
| Slideshows | Still visible to the photographer, but hidden from gallery visitors. |
| Blogs | Unpublished. A Blog Retention Add-on is required to keep them online. |
| AI Photo Search | No longer available for photographers. |
| Free Year of Honeybook | If you had a 1-year free Honeybook subscription, it will be downgraded. |
| Custom Products | Any custom products in Store Pricing will be turned off. |
| Professional Workflows | Client Selections, Album Proofing, and Workflow tab photo transfers are disabled. |
| Album Proofing | Cannot access or send album proofs to clients. |
| Gallery Templates | Cannot create, edit, or use templates for new galleries. |
| Shipping Rerouting | Products cannot be shipped to the photographer first. |
| Custom Domain | Custom domain connections are disabled. Any links using the custom domain will no longer be live. Clients must be re-invited or directed to the Portfolio Page for access. |
| Video & GIF Integration | New videos cannot be added to galleries, and GIF upload is disabled. |
| Pre-Registration | The Pre-registration/request access feature and Gallery Visitor Boost App are disabled. |
| Client Selection Workflow | Client Selections cannot be sent. |
| External Testimonial Integration | Testimonials cannot be linked to third-party platforms. |
| AI Watermark Protector | AI-enhanced watermark protection is disabled. |
| Brandless Option | Galleries must include Pass+ branding (removal not available). |
| Custom Fonts | Cannot add custom fonts to Blogs or Slideshows. |
| Self-Fulfilled Products | The Store must use a professional lab for fulfillment. Self-fulfilled products will become unavailable unless switched to Lab-Fulfillment. |
| Personalized Catalogs | Store products cannot be turned off or removed. |
| Multiple Currencies | Only sales in USD are allowed. |
| Commission-Free Sales | Even with photographer-collected payments, Pass+ will still collect a commission. |
| Lightroom Plug-In | Certain Lightroom plug-in features will be limited. See pricing details for specifics. |
| Art Gallery Integration | Art Galleries cannot be embedded on external websites. |

| Live Chat Support | Clients will not receive support from Pass+ Live Chat. |
How to Downgrade Your Plan

Go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.

In the Plans & Billing tab, click Cancel to downgrade your plan.

Confirm or cancel the change. Your current plan remains active until the subscription ends, after which your account will automatically downgrade.
Note: Be sure to review the limitations before canceling, as downgrading may result in permanent data loss (such as deleted galleries).
