Editing a Price List

This article provides guidance on how to customize your product pricing and product packages. Learn how to apply markups across all products or adjust prices individually to meet your specific needs. Discover how to use Pass to its fullest ability!

Adding a Markup:

You have the flexibility to apply a markup to all your products collectively or on an individual basis, tailored to meet your specific needs. Our system offers complete customization options.

 

Adding a Markup Preset:

  • Click "Markup & Presets" under your desired price list.

  • Select "Presets" in the upper right corner of the popup window.
  • Choose your desired markup (Pass's recommendation: Standard)
  • Click "Apply Pricing Preset" in the upper right corner to save the changes.

 

Adding a Custom Markup:

  • Click "Markup & Presets" under your desired price list.

  • Click into the box "Add this markup to cost (%)" and insert your desired markup. This will change every product across the board to this specific markup. 
  • Customize the rounding, if desired. 
  • Apply the changes to save.

 

Customizing Individual Prices:

You have the ability to apply a markup across all your products and also customize the pricing of individual or specific products.

  • Click into the desired product.
  • Change the price of the individual product as desired
  • Click "Apply" to save the changes.

 

Disabling Products:

Don't want to offer certain products? No worries! You can easily disable them.

  • Click the checkmark next to the product name.
  • To re-enable a disable product, click the checkbox again. 

 

Adding a Custom Product or Package:

We also offer custom products and product packages! Is there a product you want to offer that we don't currently have? Add a custom product!

Bundle your products to offer them at a lower price point when purchased as a package rather than individually. You can create custom packages or utilize our convenient product package templates.

  • Click the "Custom Product / Package" box.
  • Name your custom product, or select "Product Package."
  • Select "View Templates" or create a new package.
  • Choose your desired template.
  • Click "Add Package."
  • Customize your newly-added package to your liking.
