How Do I Bring Galleries Back Online for a Store Sale?

If a gallery is offline or expired, it will automatically switch to Online during the campaign duration of a Marketing Automation app assigned to it.

For example:

  • The Anniversary Gift brings the gallery online every year while the sale is active.
  • Seasonal apps, like Holiday Sales, temporarily bring galleries online and return them offline after the sale ends.

Assign a Marketing Automation to a Gallery

  1. Go to the Sales Campaigns section, Select either the Campaigns or Automations tab. Then Click on the app you want to assign (in this case I'll use the Manual coupon as an example).

  2. Click Assign to Galleries.

  3. Click the pencil icon to choose galleries.

    Tip: Use filters to quickly find Offline galleries or other specific parameters.

  4. Checkmark the galleries you want to include in the sale and click Apply.

  5. Complete any additional options and click Apply to finalize.


Assign the App from the Gallery View

You can also assign the app directly from a gallery:

  1. Go to the gallery’s Sales Campaigns tab and click + More Automations.
  2. Select your sales app.
  3. Configure any additional options and click Apply.

Managing Online Status

  • When the app is active, the gallery status will change to Online – By App.
  • If you want to return the gallery to Offline, remove the sales app by clicking the toggle button. The gallery will then revert to Offline.
