When selling products in your gallery store, the available shipping methods depend on your setup—whether you:
- Use direct lab shipping
- Offer free shipping
- Provide local pickup
- Self-fulfill orders
Below is a breakdown of each shipping option in Pass.
Lab-Offered Shipping Methods
If you're using a professional lab for order fulfillment, the shipping methods are set by the lab.

Free Shipping
Option 1: Automatic Free Shipping in the Shop
- You can offer free shipping on all or specific products.
- The shipping cost is covered by you.
Option 2: Free Shipping Coupon
- Free shipping encourages clients to place larger orders!
- Use a General Coupon App to offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount.
- Important: Free shipping applies to ground shipping only—if a client upgrades shipping, they must cover the full cost.
- You can also include free shipping in a store sale using Marketing Apps.
Local Pickup
Great for local clients who want to pick up their orders instead of paying for shipping.
- You can enable Local Pickup in each price list.
- Customize pickup options for specific galleries.
- Once set, you can mark orders as ready for pickup.
Ship to Yourself First
Want to review or customize orders before your clients receive them?
- Ship to Me First lets you receive the order first.
- You’ll be responsible for re-shipping it to your client.
- Enable this in:
Dashboard → Store Pricing → Select a Product → Edit Price.
Self-Fulfilling Orders
If you prefer complete control over printing & shipping, you can self-fulfill orders:
✔️ Choose your own shipping carrier.
✔️ Set custom shipping rates.
✔️ Package & send orders yourself.
- Enable self-fulfillment in:
Dashboard → Settings → Store Settings → Setup under Self Fulfill Shipping.
Client Choices During Checkout
When placing an order, clients can select their preferred shipping method at checkout—if multiple options are available.
