      How Do I Display My Client’s Gallery Photos in Custom Products?

      When you create a Custom Product in your store, the product image you upload will serve as the store tile for your clients. To make the product image more personalized, you can define a photo space within your product image where your client’s gallery photos will automatically display.

      Pass’s smart algorithm selects client photos based on their interactions (downloads, favorites, or shares). You can influence this by favoriting six photos in the gallery, which will appear in the storefront when your client first views the gallery.

      Steps to Define the Photo Space

      1. Upload Your Product Image:

        • In your Custom Product Info Settings, click the + Upload Image icon.
        • Upload a transparent PNG file or a standard JPEG file from your computer.

      2. Enable Personalization:

        • Check the box for Personalize using client photos.
        • If using a JPEG, the gallery photo will be layered in front of your product image.
        • If using a transparent PNG, the gallery photo will be displayed behind the product image, visible through the transparent areas.

      3. Prepare Orientation Options:

        • Upload both portrait and landscape versions of your product image.
        • The system will select the appropriate orientation for the client’s gallery photo to avoid unnecessary cropping.

      4. Edit Personalization Parameters:

        • Hover over the uploaded image and click the pencil icon to define the photo space.
        • Adjust the placement and size of the photo box by dragging the handles.

        Pro Tip:

        • Drag the middle handles to maintain a rectangle shape.
        • Use the corner handles for creating diagonal or perspective shapes.

      5. Add Additional Photo Boxes:

        • If your product has multiple areas for client photos, click + Add photo box to create additional photo spaces.

      6. Save Your Changes:

        • Once all photo spaces are placed, click Apply to save your work.

      7. Preview the Store Tile:

        • Click the eye icon to preview how the product will appear in the store.
