How do I export a Price List?

Pass Gallery lets you manage your store’s pricing with customizable Price Lists. You can access and download any of your existing Price Lists to your device whenever you need.

Please Note: If you’re using Volume pricing, we recommend reviewing it manually in your Pass account after downloading, as it may not display as clearly in the file.

Download Price List

1. Click here to go to your Settings > Store Pricing. Then select the Price List you want to download.

2. Then click Download.

3. The pricing sheet is downloaded as a CSV file, which can be opened with spreadsheet programs like Excel, Numbers, and others.

4. Understanding the Price List sheet information:

• Base Price reflects the total production cost of the product.
• Add Price applies to specific products (such as albums or magazines) where additional elements (like extra spreads) incur extra charges.

For example, Albums may show a different Add-On Price due to extra spreads. In contrast, for products like Frames, where there are no add-ons, the Base Price and Add Price will be the same.
