How Do I Save My Price Lists and Other Account Settings?

If you are moving to another platform, such as Pic-Time, or preparing to close your Pass account, some of your settings and tools may not transfer automatically. Before you lose access to your account, review the items below and save anything you may want to reference or recreate later.

Download Your Price Lists

Price lists can be downloaded individually. If you have multiple price lists that you would like to keep, you must download each one separately.

To download a price list:

Go to Settings → Store Pricing.
Select the price list you want to save.

3. Select Download at the top of the price list.
4. Save the downloaded file in a secure location.

Your markup percentage will be included in the exported price list. However, product and lab partner pricing may be different on another platform. Use the downloaded price list as a reference when rebuilding your pricing rather than expecting it to work as a direct import.

Repeat these steps for each price list you want to keep.

Save Information That Cannot Be Exported

Some Pass settings and tools do not currently have an export option, including:

Coupon codes
Marketing automations
Gallery templates
Letter templates
Album proofing
Sales campaigns

Review these items before closing your account or moving to another platform. If there is information you want to keep—such as coupon details, campaign wording, email content, or template settings, you will need to copy it manually or save screenshots for future reference.

Once your account data has been permanently deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in and reference these settings.
