How to Add a Hold Period Before an Order is Sent to Production.

You can set a hold period before an order is sent to production, allowing you time to review and adjust details like photo cropping and selections.

You can also specify certain products, like image downloads, to skip the hold. If an order includes both held and non-held products, the entire order will be held until you approve it or the hold period ends.

Steps to Add a Hold Period:

  1. Go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.
  2. In the Store Settings tab, select the number of days you'd like to hold an order before it's sent to production. Make sure to give yourself enough time for review.
  3. To exclude certain products from the hold, check Skip for specific products, then click Select Products.
  4. Choose the product(s) and click Apply.

Reviewing and Editing Orders:

  1. After a client places an order, you can review it by going to Sales Campaigns > Orders.
  2. Select the order you'd like to review.

Editing The Client's Shopping Cart

  1. Select Sales Campaigns and click on Carts.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit the client's shopping cart.
  3. Adjust the client's design, such as photo selections and cropping. Click Done Editing to save your changes.
