How to Apply a Watermark to Your Photos?

Before enabling watermark settings in a gallery, you must first upload a watermark in your general watermark settings. You can then customize how and where the watermark appears.

Important Notes:

  • Watermarks do not appear on high-resolution downloads, printed photos, or GIFs when using Pass+ watermarking.

  • By default, the watermark applies to all galleries once uploaded. To remove watermarks from multiple galleries at once, contact support.

  • Watermarks cannot be added to a gallery’s cover photo. To watermark a cover image, apply the watermark externally before uploading.

Setting Up General Watermark Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Brand & Style tab and choose a Flexible or Burned watermark:

    • Flexible Watermark – Can be toggled on/off per scene or user type. Does not require re-uploading images.

    • Burned Watermark – Permanently embedded in low-resolution images upon upload. Requires re-uploading images if settings are changed.

  3. Upload your watermark:

    • Choose Watermark 1 or Watermark 2 (Pass+ supports two different watermarks).

    • Upload a PNG file with a transparent background (recommended size: 600×280 px).

  4. Set watermark position and size:

    • Fit size – Adjusts to the shortest side of the photo.

    • Fill size – Adjusts to the longest side of the photo.

  5. Optional: Enable AI Watermark Protector for additional security against bulk watermark removal.

  6. Choose where the watermark will appear:

  7. Once the settings are configured, enable or disable the watermark per gallery in the Gallery Setup tab.

    • For burned watermarks, enable/disable in the Name & Cover tab within the gallery.
