How to Create and Use the Post Order Promotion.

The Post Order Promotion helps you increase follow-up sales by automatically sending a “thank you” discount to clients after they complete a purchase.

This promotion encourages clients to return to the gallery and place additional orders by offering a limited-time discount—creating urgency while reinforcing a positive post-purchase experience.

The campaign includes pre-designed email templates and optional banners, so you can launch a professional follow-up strategy with minimal setup.


When to Use the Post Order Promotion

This campaign is ideal for:

  • Encouraging repeat purchases after an initial order
  • Increasing overall client lifetime value
  • Promoting additional products (albums, prints, wall art, etc.)
  • Creating a seamless post-purchase experience
  • Driving urgency with time-limited discounts

Adding the Post Order Promotion

Step 1: From your Main Dashboard, go to Sales Campaigns

Step 2: Open the Automations tab and click + More Automations

Step 3: Select Post Order Promotion

Step 4: Click Install Campaign, enter a name, and click Add Automation App

2. Configuring the Automation 

Set Campaign Duration

Click the pencil icon to define how long the promotion remains active.

  • Set duration in days or months

  • Adjust the end time (e.g., 11:59 PM) to maximize the final day

Click Apply to save.




3. Configure the Discount

Click the pencil icon to edit: discount, code, usage limits, shipping, minimum order, stacking, and product restrictions. Click Apply to save.


Important: Do not modify the dynamic text —it autofills campaign details.


4. Edit Campaign Emails


You can customize or remove the emails sent to your clients.

  • Click the pencil icon to edit an email
  • Click the trash icon to delete an email

Pro Tip: Don’t want to send emails? Delete all of them using the trash icon.


Pre-designed templates are provided, but you can modify them as needed.

You can update:

  • Email cover image (use the gallery cover photo or upload a new image)
  • Email subject line
  • Title
  • Message content
  • Button text

Email Send Timing

Choose when campaign emails are sent:

  • Earliest Possible → Announcement email is sent immediately

  • Optimized Send Schedule → Sent at recommended times (typically 8 AM, 2 PM, or 8 PM) based on your timezone


5. Customize Gallery Banners (Optional)

Banners promote your offer directly inside the gallery and store.

Pre-set banner types:

  • Text Banner
  • Large Banner
  • Photo Banner
  • Store Rotator

Click the + icon to add banners or the trash icon to remove them.

Each banner allows you to customize:

Content: Header Text, Body Text, Code, Button Text

Style: Background + Button text colors, Body color, Title + Button colors


Assigning the Post Order Promotion

Click Save, then assign the promotion to:

  • A single gallery, or
  • Multiple galleries at once

Now, your Post Order Promotion is ready to re-engage clients and drive additional sales! 🛍️
