Downloading from the Workflow tab is only available on Standard and Unlimited plans.
Downloading Photos from the Workflow Tab
- Open the Gallery and navigate to the Workflow tab. Click Send & Download Photos.
- Select the photos you want to download. To select all photos, click on one image and then choose Select All.
- To select all images within a specific scene, click the three-dot menu under the collection name.
- Once you have made your selection, click Download.
- Click on the .zip file to start the download.
The downloaded .zip file will be saved in your computer’s designated Downloads folder. Once the download is complete, extract the photos by double-clicking on the .zip folder or using third-party extraction software.
Downloading Client Selections or Favorites
- Open the Workflow tab and navigate to User's Favorites or a selection under Client Selections.
- Click on Download.
- Click on the .zip file to start the download.
The photos will be downloaded as a zip file, ready to be extracted and used.
