How to Download Your Galleries.

 There is currently no bulk download option for your entire Pass account, so galleries need to be downloaded individually.

1. Navigate to your Galleries

From your Pass dashboard, select Galleries from the left-hand menu.

2. Open the gallery you want to download

Find the gallery you want to save and click on the gallery to open it.

Once you are inside the gallery, select Photos from the menu on the left.

You will see the collections and images contained within that gallery.

3. Select the photos you want to download

To select a collection, click the three-dot menu (...) underneath the collection name and choose Select Collection.

If your gallery contains more than one collection, make sure you select all of the images you want to download.

Once photos have been selected, Pass will display the number of selected items at the top of the page.

You can also use Select All at the top of the page to select all available images in the gallery.

4. Choose Download

With your images selected:

1. Select Share photos at the top of the page.
2. Choose Download from the dropdown menu.

5. Download the ZIP file

Pass will open a Download Photos window.

Select the photos.zip link to download the available high-resolution images.

Important for older galleries

High-resolution photos are available for immediate download during the first year. For galleries older than one year, the original files must first be unarchived, which can take approximately 2–15 hours. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the gallery is ready for download.

6. Rename the downloaded file

Your gallery will download with a generic filename such as photos.zip rather than the name of the gallery.

As soon as the download finishes, rename the ZIP file so that you can identify it later.

For example:

Instead of: photos.zip
Rename it to: Millers-Wedding-2025.zip

If you are downloading multiple galleries, rename each ZIP file as you go to avoid having several files with the same default name.

7. Check your download before moving on

Before moving to the next gallery, confirm that:

• The ZIP file finished downloading successfully.
• You can open the downloaded file.
• The images you expected to download are present.
• You have renamed the file with the gallery name.
• You have saved it somewhere secure.

Repeat these steps for any additional galleries you want to download.

Important: If a gallery fails to download, note the gallery name and contact Pass Support at help@passgallery.com. A single missing high-resolution image or file error can prevent the entire gallery from downloading
