How to Download Your Data and Close Your Account.

If you're not moving your galleries to Pic-Time, this guide covers what you should download or record, the order in which to do it, and the areas that require extra attention. Give yourself more than one evening — larger libraries and older galleries can take real time to work through.

If you need to download or export information from your Pass account, the steps below will help you save the content you want to retain.

You may not need to complete every step. Choose the options that apply to your account and the information you need.

Recommended Steps

1. Download Your Galleries
   Download and securely save the photos from your galleries.
   
   
2. Export Your Gallery and Client Lists
   Export your gallery and client information for your records.
3. Export Your Order History
   Download a record of the orders placed through your account.
4. What doesn't transfer in the Pic-Time Migration?
   Export any additional information you would like to retain, such as contacts, sales information, reports, or other account data.
5. Cancel Your Subscription
   Once you have saved the information you need, follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

 If you change your mind

The migration to Pic-Time stays open until October 31. It takes about five minutes, and your gallery links keep working throughout. If any of the steps above feel like too much, migrating may be the easier path.
