# How to Export Your Order History

Keeping your own copy of your order records is useful for your business and accounting files, and for answering client questions about past purchases.

### **Steps**

1. From your Pass dashboard, select **Sales Campaigns**.

2. Go to **Orders**. Open the order you want to save.

3. Click the **download** button in the top right and select **Download CSV**.

1. Repeat these steps for each order you want a record of.

Each CSV covers a single order and includes:

- Filename
- Photo ID
- Scene
- Path
- File Locator
- ProjectID
- Project name
- Job Identifier (Product Name)

**Note**

- Orders are exported one at a time — there is currently no bulk order export, so each order is saved on its own.
- Decide which orders you want copies of. Open orders you may still need to follow up on, or ones a client might contact you about, are worth exporting.
- Export as far back as your own business, accounting, or tax records call for.
- If you're exporting a large number of orders, working through them in batches keeps things manageable.
