Pass offers a referral program that rewards both you and your photographer friends. When you share your unique referral code, and your friend uses it to sign up for a paid plan, both of you will receive an extra month added to your subscription.
Your friend can redeem the code when upgrading from the trial to a paid plan in their settings. Here's how to generate, share, and redeem the referral code.
Generating Your Unique Referral Code

From your Main Dashboard, click the Friend Icon or select Earn by inviting friends! to generate your referral code.
Note: The referral credits displayed on your dashboard represent your cumulative earnings to date. These credits are automatically applied as they are earned, so the displayed amount reflects the total accrued, not the available balance.

Share your referral code:
- Use the Invite by Email option to send invitations directly through Pass.
- Alternatively, click Copy to share the code via email, messaging apps, or social media.
- To track invitations sent and their upgrade status, click See Full List.
Redeeming the Referral Code

Photographers can redeem the code when upgrading to a paid plan:
- From the Main Dashboard, click Settings.
- Select Manage and choose the subscription plan.
- Click Coupon and enter the referral code.
- Type the code and click Add Coupon to apply it to the subscription.

Once the code is applied, both you and your friend will receive an additional free month on your subscriptions.
Notifications and Credit Tracking
- Photographers who earn referral credits will receive an email confirmation.
- Credits are automatically applied to your account when someone uses your code.
- To review your credits or check emails related to them, navigate to Sales Campaigns and click Billing History for detailed credit information.
- By sharing your referral code, you can grow the Pass community while enjoying subscription rewards for you and your friends!
