How to Invite Multiple People to a Gallery Using a List of Emails?

You can invite multiple people to a gallery by adding a list of email addresses. Each email must be separated by a comma to be registered as an individual in the system.

Adding a List of Emails

1. Open the Share tab in the desired gallery. Under the Invite More People section, click + Invite via Email.
   
2. Click Add List.
   
3. Enter the email addresses, separating each with a comma. If needed, limit the collections viewable for everyone in the list (individual collection permissions can also be adjusted later). Click Add.
   
4. Edit names if necessary and select which collections each person can view. Click Continue.
   
5. If you have an Invite more people email set up in your Email Packages, select it from the dropdown to autofill. Edit your message if needed, then click Send Email.
   
   

The invitation will be sent to all listed email addresses.
