When your credit card is charged for a subscription plan or product purchase, the receipts are stored in the Billing section of your Settings. You can easily print or save invoices as PDF files at any time. Please allow a few days for the invoice to be available after the charge is processed.
Steps to Download Invoices
- Go to "Settings" from your main dashboard.
- Click on the "Plans & Billing" tab
- Select "View Billing History" on the right-hand side.
- Use the filter at the top right corner to choose "Subscription Invoices" from the dropdown menu.
- To view and download an invoice, click the invoice number under the "Download Invoice" column.
Saving Invoices as PDFs
- Click to print the document (in most browsers, go to File → Print or press Ctrl+P).
- Change the printer destination to Save as PDF.
- Click Save and choose where to store the file on your computer.
