[Getting started](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/getting-started?hsLang=en) # How to See User Activity? ## The User Activity feature provides a detailed overview of gallery interactions, including views, downloads, shares, shop visits, cart activity, website visits, and email tracking. #### **Viewing User Activity** Click **View All Activity** from your **Main Dashboard**, or navigate to: - **Sales Campaigns \> User Activity** - Also within the **specific gallery’s Dashboard tab \> View All Activity** ![](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-01-2025-08-57-24-6614-PM.png?width=688&height=434&name=image-png-Mar-01-2025-08-57-24-6614-PM.png) Review the **activity summary** for each gallery, including: - **Gallery Views.** - **Shares.** - **Downloads.** - **Shop Views.** - **Added to Cart.** - **Website Visits.** ![](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-01-2025-09-05-22-9843-PM.png?width=688&height=295&name=image-png-Mar-01-2025-09-05-22-9843-PM.png) 1. Click on a specific gallery to see a **detailed breakdown**. You can view users by: - **User Name & Email** - **Activity Type** (viewed, downloaded, shared, etc.) - **Date & Time** - **Details** - **View** ![](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-01-2025-09-19-29-3793-PM.png?width=688&height=295&name=image-png-Mar-01-2025-09-19-29-3793-PM.png) 3. If a visitor added items to their cart, you can find their **cart activity** under **User Activity** or **Open Carts**.
