      Selling High-Resolution Digital Downloads through Your Gallery

      To sell high-resolution digital downloads in your gallery, you can use the gallery settings to display products in both the gallery and store, or create custom products that only appear in the store.

      Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting up high-resolution downloads and the purchasing process for clients.

      Enabling High-Res Downloads in Your Store

      1. Start by enabling High-Res Downloads. Go to Settings from your Main Dashboard.

      2. Navigate to the Store Pricing tab and enable High-Res Downloads by checking the item, then click Edit Price.
      3. Set your pricing for High-Res downloads, including any custom resolution options.
      4. Choose to price downloads per individual image, create packages with tiered pricing, or set a flat rate for the entire gallery. These options are also available through product packages.

      Applying the Price List to a Gallery

      1. Once your prices are set, ensure the price list is applied to the gallery. Open your gallery, and in the Settings tab, select the appropriate Price list from the dropdown.
      2. Select Settings, under Photo Downloads.
      3. Customize which photos and types of users are allowed to download free photos.
      4. You can further personalize the High-Res download options by clicking on the pencil icon.
      5. Rename and modify your description.

      6. Optionally, upload a custom PDF release form, then click Apply.

      High-resolution photos not available for free download will now be available for purchase. Your client can buy High-Res Downloads directly from the gallery.

      Purchasing Digital Downloads as a Client

      Buying an Individual Photo

      1. In the gallery, clients can hover over a photo they want to purchase and click Buy.
      2. Select Downloads, then choose Buy 1 Photo or Buy Full Gallery Downloads.

        3.   The selected photo will be added to the cart.

      Purchasing All Photos

      1. Click the downward arrow in the navigation bar and select Buy all photos - Other Sizes.
      2. Click Add to Cart and Finally choose to Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.

      Purchasing a Collection of Photos

      1. In the navigation bar, click the downward arrow and select Multiple Selection.
      2. From the collections on the left, adjust the image selection as needed and click Buy Downloads.

      Purchasing through the Store

      1. Select Hi-Res Downloads from the store front.
      2. Choose photos from the photo carousel at the bottom of the page.
      3. Click Add to Cart.

      Checking Out

      1. Open your cart by clicking the cart icon in the navigation bar.
      2. Enter any required details such as the shipping address or coupons, then click Continue to Payment If the store setup requires, enter payment information before placing the order.

      Once the order is placed, the client will receive a confirmation on the website and via email.

      Downloading Purchased Photos

      1. Clients will receive an email with a direct link to their downloads. Click Download Photos.
      2. Alternatively, they can access downloads on the main gallery page. Click the menu icon in the upper-right corner, select Orders, locate the order, and click Download Photos.
