Why is the Watermark Option Not Showing Up?

Watermarks help protect your work within galleries. If the watermark option is unavailable in the Gallery Setup tab, one of the following reasons may be the cause.

Possible Reasons & Solutions

Issue Cause Solution
Watermark Not Uploaded The watermark feature cannot be enabled if no watermark has been uploaded. Upload a watermark in your general watermark settings. Once uploaded, you can enable or disable it per gallery. 
Burned Watermark Enabled If the watermark option is missing in Gallery Setup, the Burned Watermark setting may be active. - Go to Settings > Brand & Style from the Main Dashboard.
  • Select your brand and check the Watermark Settings dropdown by going to Settings > Brand & Style from the Main Dashboard.

     



     

  • If Burned Watermark is selected, switch to Flexible Watermark to regain control over watermark settings in new galleries. (This does not affect existing images with a burned watermark.)

     



  • If images were uploaded while Burned Watermark was active, you will need to re-upload them to apply the flexible watermark.

     

After making changes, return to the Name & Cover tab within the gallery to check if the watermark option is now available.
