Gmail updated their policy recently, making spam rules much more stringent. As a result, some emails are not making it through the filters as they used to, preventing photographers and clients from receiving important messages, such as the daily photos report, gallery delivery emails, order confirmations, and more.

  • Identify the Problematic Email Address:
    • Determine which email address is not receiving emails from Pass Gallery, whether it be yours or theirs.
  • Contact Our Support Team:

    • Send an email to our support team at help@passgallery.com.
    • Provide us with the email address(es) that is experiencing issues.
  • Support Team Action:

    • Our support team will manually override the "bad email" status in our backend system.
    • You will receive a confirmation once the override is complete.
