On Free Plan accounts, users are required to log in at least once every 30 days to ensure that the active galleries are not deleted. This ensures that we don't maintain active galleries for individuals who no longer use our service and enables us to provide one of the most extensive free plans in the industry.
This also applies to users who are over their storage limit. For example, you have 10 GB of storage but the free plan only allows 2 GB. You will receive notifications for 30 days letting you know your galleries will be downsized. After that 30 days, your galleries will be removed.
When galleries are deleted, the system allows a short window for recovery. If the gallery is not recovered, then it will be permanently deleted from the system.
