How Can I Duplicate a Client Gallery?

To duplicate a client gallery, you’ll need to re-upload the image files to a new gallery.

  1. To retrieve the files for the new gallery upload, open the original gallery in your account and go to the Workflow tab. Click Send & Download Photos.

  2. Select any image, then click Select All to select the entire gallery. Click Download Photos.

  3. Click on the downloaded .zip folder to begin extracting the files.

    Note: If the files are in storage, you may need to wait for the de-archiving process to complete.

  4. Once the download is complete and the folder is unzipped, go to the Main Dashboard, click + New Gallery, and start uploading the images.
