How Can my Client Reset their Password?

To protect each user’s security and privacy, password management is handled directly by the client. They can manage their password in their account settings or reset it using the Don’t Have a Password? or Forgot Password? options at the login screen.

A reset link will be sent to their email for secure access.

  1. Photographers can manage their password from the Main Dashboard by selecting Settings.
  2. Here, they can select Change Password and then click on Apply.
