Clients can easily duplicate and modify product designs as new items directly from their shop. Here’s a guide to duplicating designs from various points within the shopping experience.
Duplicating a Design from My Designs
- In the gallery, click the Clipboard icon to access your designs.
- Hover over the design you’d like to duplicate and click Duplicate Design.
- This action will create a new product based on that design and open the product editor. Here, you can further edit the design, add it to your shopping cart, or save it for later.
Your duplicated design will now be available under Saved Designs.
Duplicating from the Shop
When viewing products in the shop, if the client already has a saved design, they can choose to:
- Continue editing the saved design,
- Duplicate the design as a new product, or
- Start a fresh design from scratch.
Duplicating from a Product Package
If the client is working with a Product Package that includes multiple items (e.g., two or three albums), they can:
- Duplicate a design across all items for identical copies,
- Or duplicate and then modify the design to create variations.
Duplicating at Checkout
At checkout, clients can also click Duplicate to make a copy of any product in the cart. This action opens the product editor, allowing them to modify the design, save it for later, and re-add it to the cart.
This flexible duplication feature enables clients to explore new ideas or create customized versions of their designs with ease.
