How Do I Add Items and Edit My Client's Shopping Cart?

Easily create new shopping carts for clients, edit existing ones, and view or modify products in your clients' Saved Designs. This feature helps you prepare ready-to-order items and assist clients with their purchases. For added convenience, you can also use the Send Product app to include emails and gallery banners with an optional discount when adding items to a client's store or shopping cart.

Creating a New Shopping Cart

  1. Navigate to the Carts tab in your Sales Campaigns section and click + Add New Cart.
  2. Search for and select the gallery from which you want to create the cart.
  3. You’ll be directed to that gallery's shop. Click OK, Got it! to proceed.
  4. Choose a product or select one from your Saved Designs to start customizing.
  5. Once the design is complete, click Send to Visitors.
  6. Select an existing client from the gallery or create a new customer.
  7. Click Add Product to Cart.
  8. The product will be added to the client’s shopping cart. Click OK, Got it! to confirm.

Editing an Existing Cart or Saved Design

  1. To edit an existing shopping cart or view a client's Saved Designs, go to the Carts tab in the Sales Campaigns section and select the specific cart.
  2. Duplicate products into your photographer account or into the client’s shopping cart.
  3. Use the Product Photos icon to view, replace, download, or send the product’s images.
  4. To remove an item from the cart, click the X icon. This will move the item to the client’s Saved Designs.
  5. Click the Pencil icon to modify the product in the main shop editor, where you can adjust the design, specifications, and cropping.
  6. To design a new product, click + Add New Product and open the shop editor to add it to the client’s cart.
  7. For products saved for later in the client’s Saved Designs, you can duplicate, view photos, move them to the cart, or edit them in the shop editor.
  8. Lastly, access the Shipping and Billing info, as well as tracking numbers, by clicking on Shipping.
