Downloading all photos from a gallery
To initiate the download of all images in the gallery, click on the downward-pointing arrow located in the upper right corner of the screen and choose "Download Full Gallery.
Select "Download to Computer." Alternatively, opt for "Save to Dropbox" or "Save to Google Photos."
For enhanced download efficiency, images are organized in zip file(s). Commence the download to your computer by clicking on "photos.zip."
The zip file(s) will be stored in the assigned "downloads" folder on your computer. Upon completion of the download, extract the photos from the zip file by either double-clicking the zip folder or utilizing third-party software designed for zip file extraction.
If the gallery contains multiple scenes, the images will be divided into subfolders named after the scenes in the downloaded folder. The folder structure can be disabled upon request by contacting the support team at help@passgallery.com. The downloaded folder is named "Photos" by default but can also be customized with the project name. Please get in touch with support to configure this feature for your account.
Additionally, you have the option to download the web-sized version of the photos by clicking "Download Here."
Downloading an Individual Photo
To download a single photo, hover over the image in the gallery and click on the downward-facing arrow.

Choose the image quality, designate the save location, agree to any download terms, and proceed by clicking "Continue
The JPEG file is now saved to your designated Downloads folder, Dropbox, or Google Photos.
Our support team can deactivate the one-click download feature in your galleries. Instead, photos will be gathered in the download tray for subsequent download. For configuration, please contact help@passgallery.com.
Downloading a Selection
- To begin downloading a selected set of images in the gallery, click on the downward-facing arrow in the upper right corner of the screen. Select "Multiple Selection."
Choose photos from any of the collections listed on the left side.
Collections may include Favorites, Gallery Scenes, Selections for Photographer, and Previously Downloaded. You can select specific photos within a collection or use "Select All" or "Unselect All." Upon completing your selection, pick the desired size for download.
Click "Download to Computer." Alternatively, opt for "Save to Dropbox" or "Save to Google Photos."
For faster downloads, images are grouped into zip file(s). Commence the download by clicking on "photos.zip."
The zip file(s) will be stored in the designated "downloads" folder on your computer. Once the download is finished, extract the photos from the zip file either by double-clicking the zip folder or using third-party software for zip file extraction.
Additionally, you can select the web-sized version of the photos by clicking "Download Here."
