The expected delivery date is usually shown to your clients to give them an idea of when to expect their order. If you prefer, you can hide this information from them.
Hiding the Expected Delivery Date

Access Settings
- From your Main Dashboard, click Settings.
- From your Main Dashboard, click Settings.

Select Price List
- In the Store Pricing tab, choose the Price List you want to edit.
- Click the Settings icon and select Hide Expected Delivery Date.

Choose the Visibility Option
- From the dropdown menu, choose whether to hide the expected delivery date for:
- All products, or Only for products that you ship yourself, including Local Pickup.

- Click Apply to save your settings.
- From the dropdown menu, choose whether to hide the expected delivery date for:

Inform Your Customers
- We suggest notifying your customers that the expected delivery date has been hidden, as our support team will direct users to contact you directly for any order-related inquiries.
- We suggest notifying your customers that the expected delivery date has been hidden, as our support team will direct users to contact you directly for any order-related inquiries.
Now, the expected delivery date will be hidden from your clients.

(Delivery date hidden)
The expected delivery date will also be removed from the client's Orders page and from the Order Confirmation email.
