      How Do I Manage the Testimonials from My Galleries?

      Gallery visitors can leave testimonials using the Recommend feature. The testimonials can be displayed on your website, Facebook, or other external platforms once integrated. You can also send testimonial requests to remind clients to leave feedback.

      Client View

      1. Hover over the photographer logo in the navigation bar above the gallery and select Recommend.
      2. Alternatively, click Recommend at the bottom of the gallery.
      3. Type your recommendation and click OK.

      Testimonial Review

      1. Go to Sales Campaigns from the Main Dashboard.
      2. Select the Testimonials tab to view submitted testimonials.

      Testimonial Control

      • Enable or disable the ability for clients to leave testimonials by checking or unchecking Enable Testimonials.

      Testimonial Integration

      • After integrating testimonials into your website or social media, select Show on Testimonials Page to display them.
      • To share specific testimonials on your Business Facebook page, click Share.

      Steps to Integrate Testimonials:

      1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Settings and click Integrations.

      Facebook Integration

      1. Select Facebook Testimonials and click Integrate.
      2. Log in using your Facebook credentials.

      Note: Facebook requires pages to have at least 2,000 likes for review integration.

      • When clients write a testimonial and submit it, they’ll see a Facebook login pop-up. If they log in, their profile picture will appear with the testimonial. If they don’t log in, the testimonial will display anonymously.

      Website Integration

      1. Select Pass Integration and click Integrate.
      2. Copy the provided code and paste it onto your website’s designated testimonial page.

      Integrated testimonials may appear differently depending on your website's design. Hovering over a testimonial image will reveal the full recommendation.

      External Integration

      1. To direct clients to another website for reviews (e.g., Google Reviews), select External Website, add the external link, and click Save.

      Note: Google does not allow reviews from third-party integrations to link directly to Google Business Pages.

      Send a Testimonial Request

      1. In the Dashboard tab of a specific gallery, click Send Testimonial Request.
      2. Select recipients from the gallery and click Continue.
      3. Edit the email as needed and click Send Email.
