How Do I Place Orders as a Photographer in Pass?

Order products directly from your Photographer account for yourself, clients, or samples, bypassing client markup.

Charges will be processed automatically via your payment method under Settings > Plans & Billing.

Steps to Place an Order

  1. Confirm Products Are Enabled: In Store Pricing, make sure the products you wish to buy are enabled. Then, from the Main Dashboard, select or search for the gallery you want to order from.

  2. Preview the Gallery: Click Preview Gallery to view the shop while staying logged into your Photographer Account.

    Note: If the shop or desired products aren’t visible, check that the shop is enabled and set to the correct Price List. Access the Shop: Select Shop or a specific product from the gallery navigation bar.



    Tip: You can customize the items shown in the gallery navigation bar.


  3. Design Your Product: Choose your options for the product, including size, finish, cover colors, and more.

  4. Save or Add to Cart: After designing, click Save for later or Add to Cart.

  5. Proceed to Checkout: Click Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout. You can add items from multiple galleries to your cart.

  6. Checkout Process: On the checkout page, the Photographer Order discount will remove your client markup. Your address will auto-fill based on your account settings—edit it if necessary. Then click Continue to Payment.

  7. Complete Payment: Your stored payment method under Settings > Plans & Billing will be used automatically, so simply click Place Order. If not you can add your preferred payment method and click Pay now.

After placing the order, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your items will arrive soon!
