There are two ways to share a product design with clients: using the Send Product App or through the gallery dashboard. The Send Product App allows you to add promotions and design fees, helping automate and boost your sales efforts. However, if you prefer to send a product design without promotions or extra setup, follow these steps to send it directly from the gallery dashboard:
- In the gallery’s Dashboard tab, click Support Your Client.
- Select Help Client with Product Design.
- Choose a product from the store to begin the design process.
- When finished, click Send to Visitors.
- Choose your recipients:
- Under Select Existing, click in the Search User field to view all emails associated with the gallery and select the client.
- Or, under Create New, enter the name and email to add a new client, then click Send Product.
- The product will appear in the client’s Made For You section in their shop. You can also notify the client by clicking Notify User By Email.
- Customize the email’s subject, title, and message. The client will see all designs you send them in their main shop, or you can add items directly to their cart.
Your client can now view and explore their new design!
