How Do I Send JPEG Files Used for an Order to My Client?

When a client places an order, the photos from their gallery are used to create store items. If needed, you can send the JPEG order files to your client automatically (available for self-fulfilled products only) or manually.

The files are delivered in a ZIP folder via email.

Sending Order Files

1. From the Main Dashboard, click Sales & Campaigns.

   

2. Navigate to the Orders tab and select the order for which you want to send the JPEG files.

   

3. Click the Product Photos icon for the product.

   

4. Click Send.

   

   Note: You can also download the files to your computer or export a CSV list of the filenames.Enter the recipient’s email and draft your message.

5. Enter the recipient email and draft your message. 
   
   

6. If you want to send the files in their original size, check Send full-resolution files. To send resized images, specify the maximum width and height for the photos and choose the compression level.

   

7. Click Send Email to deliver the ZIP folder containing the photos.
