How Do I Set Up a New Price List and Automatically Assign Preferred Labs?

When creating a new price list, you can automatically designate your preferred lab(s) for products and choose from Pass's pricing presets. This guide will walk you through assigning labs to a new price list.

Steps to Create a New Price List and Assign Labs

1. Go to Settings
   From your Main Dashboard, click Settings.

   

2. Access Price List Settings
   Under the Store Pricing tab, click Add Price Lists.

   

3. Create a New Price List
   Select + Add More.

   

4. Name and Assign Labs
   Name your new price list, then set your preferred lab priority (default options are pre-set based on your business address). Choose the top lab as Priority 1; if unavailable, the system will automatically use your Priority 2 lab.

   

5. Lab Availability Options
   Decide what should happen if none of your selected labs are available for a product. Choose either Auto-select lab (where Pass selects an available lab for the product) or Disable product.

   

6. Single-Lab Setup
   If you want only one lab and to disable products not available through that lab, you can configure the settings here.

   

7. Lab and Self-Fulfillment Setup
   To use a specific lab but self-fulfill items unavailable through that lab, configure this option. Please note that Pass will not adjust pricing or activate self-fulfilled products—you’ll need to enable these items and set your own prices. 

   

8. Choose a Markup Preset
   After lab preferences are set, select your desired markup by clicking on Markup & Presets.

   
9. Assign to Gallery
   To update an existing price list, use Assign to Galleries to apply the new price list to specific projects.
