How Do I Use the Pre-Registration/Request Access Feature?

The Pre-Registration/Request Access feature allows visitors to sign up for a gallery before it goes live or request access to a private gallery. You (or the Main Client) can approve or reject access requests, or approve them automatically.

Pre-Registration vs. Request Access

🚨 Pre-Registration is NOT available for galleries with the Sensitive Security Policy.

How to Get the Pre-Registration or Request Access Link

1. Go to the Share tab of the gallery.
   
2. Enable Allow users to Pre-Register / Request Access to the gallery.
   
3. Choose who can approve visitors:
   • Photographer
   • Photographer & Main Client
   • Automatic approval
     
4. Click Get Pre-Registration Link
   
5. Copy the link or QR code.
   
   

📱 On the Mobile App, tap the Share icon → Guests Pre-Registration to access the QR code.

How Pre-Registration Works (Offline Galleries Only)

1. Guests access the Pre-Registration Link and enter their Name & Email.
   
2. After submission, they see a confirmation page with your social media links.
   
3. Once approved & the gallery goes Online, they receive an invite email.

✅ Pre-Registration Loop (For Large Events)

• Automatically refreshes the sign-up page every 10 seconds.
• Useful when multiple guests are signing up at an event.
• How to activate: Add loop to the end of the URL.
  • Example:
    • Standard link: https://passgallery.com/newgallery/register
    • Loop link: https://passgallery.com/newgallery/registerloop

How Request Access Works (Online Private Galleries Only)

1. Guests access the Request Access Link and enter their Name & Email.
   
   
2. You or the Main Client can approve or reject their request and once approved, they receive an invite email.

How to Approve Visitors

📸 As the Photographer:

• Go to the Share tab → Approve or Reject users from the list.
  

👰 As the Main Client:

• Go to Account Menu → Approve Visitors.
  
•  Approve or Reject requests.

Editing the Invite Email

You can customize the Project Access Granted email:

1. Go to Settings → Email Packages.
