How to Customize Gallery Expiration Emails?

You can personalize the Gallery Expiration Emails that notify your clients about their gallery's upcoming expiration. These emails are sent 1 week, 4 days, and 1 day before expiration—unless an active Automation App manages expiration emails.

📌 Creating a Custom Email Package

1️⃣ Go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.

2️⃣ Click the Email Packages tab. If you haven't created an email package yet, click Custom Email Packages to create one.

3️⃣ Open your Custom Email Package and click the pencil icon to edit any Project Expiration Alert emails.

📌 Expiration Emails & the Simple Sales System

If you are using the Simple Sales System:
🚫 Expiration emails from the Email Package will NOT be sent (unless the SSS app was assigned before Sept 18, 2024).
📩 Clients will continue to receive app reminder emails (related to Store Credit or Collections) until the gallery expires.

📌 Need expiration reminders after Store Credit is used?
You can set up a separate email series to notify clients about gallery expiration once their Store Credit has been fully redeemed.
