      How to Display Your Portfolio by Category?(Event Type)

      With Pass+’s Portfolio Page, you can showcase your Client Galleries all in one place. Customize your Portfolio Page to match your branding and integrate it seamlessly into your website for easy access by prospective clients.

      Additionally, you can organize galleries by Occasion (such as Weddings, Portraits, or Branding) and adjust the Portfolio Page display using integration code.

      Organizing and Displaying Galleries

      1. Enable the Portfolio Page Display

        • Go to the Settings tab of a specific gallery.

        • Check the option to Show on Portfolio.

        Tip: You can also choose Sneak Peek images to highlight in the Portfolio.

      2. Set an Occasion for the Gallery

        • Select an Event Type (e.g., Weddings, Engagements, Family).

        • The Event Type will appear in the top navigation of your Portfolio Page.

      Customizing Portfolio Page Display with Code

      Now that your galleries are organized, you can customize the Portfolio Page display with simple code adjustments.

      1. Access the Integration Code

        • On your website: Open the Portfolio Page integration code.

        • From the Pass+ Dashboard:

          • Go to Client Galleries > Portfolio Page.

          • Click Share (top right corner).

          • Click Integrate Into The Website to access the code.

      2. Edit the Code for Custom Display Options

      Modify the Pass+ Portfolio Page URL to control which categories appear by default.

      Display Option Description Example Link
      Focus Shows all galleries but highlights a specific category https://yourdomain.passgallery.com/client?focus=wedding
      Show Displays only the selected category, hiding others https://yourdomain.passgallery.com/client?show=wedding
      Multiple Categories Shows multiple categories (separated by a comma) https://yourdomain.passgallery.com/client?show=wedding,couples
      Focus on One in Multi-Category View Shows multiple categories but focuses on one https://yourdomain.passgallery.com/client?show=wedding,couples&focus=wedding

      Note for Multi-Word Categories:
      If your category name contains two words (e.g., “Personal Branding”), use %20 instead of a space:
      https://yourdomain.passgallery.com/client?show=personal%20branding

      Final Steps

      1. Copy the modified URL and insert it into your website’s integration code.

      2. Save and publish your changes.

      Your Portfolio Page will now display galleries based on Event Type, making it easier for clients to explore your work.
