How to Reorder a Product for a Client?

There may be times when a client requests that you place a reorder on their behalf. This guide will walk you through the process of managing reorders efficiently while ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your client.

Important Notes

  • When reordering for a client, their previous payment method will not be charged.
  • Since the order will be placed through your photographer account, you will be charged for the production cost.
  • To receive payment from your client, it’s recommended to handle invoicing separately.

Steps to Reorder a Product

  1. Access the Order History

    • From your Main Dashboard, navigate to Sales Campaigns.

    • Select the Order tab to view past purchases made through your gallery’s store and click on the order.

  2. Copy the Order

    • Click the Copy and edit in my account icon to open the product in the store’s editing tool.

  3. Modify the Product (If Needed)

    • Make any necessary adjustments, such as crop, sizing, or color corrections.
    • If no changes are needed, skip this step and proceed to checkout.

  4. Add to Cart and Checkout

    • Add the reordered item to your cart.

    • Enter your client’s shipping details and complete the checkout process.

By following these steps, you can efficiently place reorders on behalf of your clients while maintaining full control over the transaction.
