How to Extend an Expired Coupon?

To extend a coupon for a client whose original offer or app has expired, you can quickly create a new coupon code through the Support Your Client feature in the gallery dashboard.

Quick Coupon Setup with Support Your Client

  1. Select the relevant gallery in the dashboard and click Support Your Client.
  2. Choose Simple Discount / Compensation Coupon.
  3. To offer a money-off discount, enter the amount under Discount. If you’d like to set a percentage-based discount, select See full app options (explained in detail below). Then, enter the Discount Duration, Description, and Coupon Code, and click Create Coupon.
  4. The coupon is now active for this gallery.

    Note: Automated emails won’t be sent automatically; you’ll need to send the coupon code manually. This quick option applies the discount to all user types by default. For more customization, follow the steps below.

Detailed Coupon Setup with Customization

  1. If offering a percentage-based discount, click See full app options.
  2. To set how the discount amount is distributed, click the pencil icon next to Store Credit Distribution.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Discount to customize the discount amount and type.
  4. Choose % OFF or another discount type from the Discount Type dropdown. Enter the discount value.
  5. Add a Description and adjust the Coupon Code if needed.
  6. For free shipping, check the Free Shipping box. Add a Minimum Order amount if required, and check Allow Discount Stacking to allow the discount to be combined with other offers.
  7. To apply the discount to specific products only, check Limit to Specific Products, select the items.
  8. Confirm the discount settings by clicking Apply.
  9. Adjust the campaign duration by clicking the pencil icon next to Campaign Duration.
  10. Then click Apply.
  11. To include an email message, click the + next to each email option to add an announcement or reminder email.
  12. Review the email text and click on Apply
  13. To add banners in the gallery, click + next to each banner option.

  14. Then select Apply.
  15. Customize recipient selection by clicking the pencil icon next to Recipients.
  16. Choose the client(s) for the discount and click Continue.
  17. Set the campaign start time by clicking the pencil icon next to Automation-App Start.
  18. When you’ve completed all edits, click Apply to activate the coupon. If automated emails or banners are not set up, send the code manually.

Tracking Emails: If automated emails are sent, you can check their status in Sales Campaign. Then click the three dots, and choose Sent Emails.
