Occasionally, partnered print labs may adjust their pricing within Pass. You have control over how these cost changes impact your store prices by setting your Price Change Policy.
By default, the system will maintain your original dollar markup for all items, including tiered pricing. This means that if a lab increases its cost price, your store price will automatically adjust to preserve your markup in dollars (though the percentage markup may decrease). Alternatively, you can adjust your Price Change Policy to maintain the same percentage markup or do nothing.

Seeing Affected Prices
Pass will notify you of upcoming price changes through a campaign and by marking the affected prices in red within your system.
Note: If you manually update prices, they will still follow your Price Change Policy on the scheduled change date unless you set the policy to Do Nothing.
For precise control over your pricing, review and adjust your Price Change Policy settings as needed.
