Pass Support may request your Uploader Logs to help troubleshoot an issue. To locate your Uploader Logs, follow the steps for your operating system:
Mac
- Launch the Pass Uploader app from your Applications folder.
- The Pass Uploader app will appear in your taskbar near your clock. Click the Pass Uploader logo to open the menu, then select Save logs….

- Choose a location to save the logs and click Open. We recommend saving it to your Desktop for easy access.

- The logs will be saved as a
.zipfile in the selected location. Locate the.zipfile and send it to the support teammate who requested it.
Windows
- Open your list of Applications and launch the Pass Uploader app.

- The Pass Uploader app will appear in your taskbar near your clock. If you don’t see it immediately, click the small arrow in your taskbar to expand the view.

- Click the Pass Uploader logo to open the menu, then select Save logs….

- Choose a location to save the logs and click OK. We recommend saving it to your Desktop for easy access.

- The logs will be saved as a
.zipfile in the selected location. Locate the.zipfile and send it to the support teammate who requested it.
