Where Do I Find My Uploader Logs?

Pass Support may request your Uploader Logs to help troubleshoot an issue. To locate your Uploader Logs, follow the steps for your operating system:

Mac

  1. Launch the Pass Uploader app from your Applications folder.
  2. The Pass Uploader app will appear in your taskbar near your clock. Click the Pass Uploader logo to open the menu, then select Save logs….
  3. Choose a location to save the logs and click Open. We recommend saving it to your Desktop for easy access.
  4. The logs will be saved as a .zip file in the selected location. Locate the .zip file and send it to the support teammate who requested it.

Windows

  1. Open your list of Applications and launch the Pass Uploader app.
  2. The Pass Uploader app will appear in your taskbar near your clock. If you don’t see it immediately, click the small arrow in your taskbar to expand the view.
  3. Click the Pass Uploader logo to open the menu, then select Save logs….
  4. Choose a location to save the logs and click OK. We recommend saving it to your Desktop for easy access.
  5. The logs will be saved as a .zip file in the selected location. Locate the .zip file and send it to the support teammate who requested it.
