Which Dynamic Text Tokens Are Available?

Pass allows you to use dynamic text tokens throughout the site to automatically populate saved information from your account.

For example, using the token {username} in an Email Template will insert the recipient's name from the Share tab of the relevant gallery.

Available Dynamic Text Tokens

Coupon & Expiration Tokens

• {code} → The discount code from the coupon.
• {exp-days} → The number of days until the coupon expires.
• {exp-date} → The expiration date of the coupon.
• {exp-datenoyear} → The expiration date of the coupon (without the year).
• {exp-hours} → The number of hours before the coupon expires. If the coupon expires in less than an hour, it will display "now".

Brand & Contact Information Tokens

• {brandname} → Your account brand name.
• {brandemail} → Your account brand service email.
• {brandwww} → Your account brand website URL.
• {vendorname} → The Vendor’s business name.
• {vendorregistration} → The Vendor Registration Link.

User & Client Tokens

• {username} → The recipient’s full name
• {userfirstname} → The recipient’s first name
• {useremail} → The recipient’s email address.

Gallery Tokens

• {galleryname} → The gallery name.
• {prj-exp-days} → The number of days until the gallery expires.
• {prj-exp} → The gallery expiration date.

Additional Tokens

Some Sales Automation Apps may include additional dynamic tokens specific to their features.
