How Do I Display Prices to Include Tax?

You can set and display your store pricing to include a flat tax rate, ensuring that your customers see the total price upfront.

This tax-inclusive pricing will appear on the Quick Buy screen and the Product Editor during the shopping experience.

Setting Up Tax

1. Access Tax Settings

   • From the Main Dashboard, click Settings.
     

2. Enable Payments and Tax Templates

   • Under Store Settings, click Setup under the Payments section.
     
   • Accept payments as the photographer, then select your Tax Template and checkmark All prices include tax.
     

3. Update Prices to Include Tax

   • To display tax-inclusive pricing, update the product prices in your price lists to reflect tax.
   • Go to Settings > Store Pricing, and click OK Got It when prompted.
     

4. Configure Client Shopping Cart Display

   • Choose whether to show prices with tax included directly in the product price or display the tax as a separate line in the cart.
   • Click Apply to save your settings.
     

Updating Store Pricing

To ensure accurate tax inclusion, you must factor the tax into your product pricing:

1. Edit Individual Prices

   • In Settings > Store Pricing, select your preferred price list and click Edit Price.
     
   • Adjust individual product prices to include tax, and click Apply.
     

Once set up, the tax will be seamlessly displayed in your store's prices, ensuring a transparent shopping experience for your clients.
