How Do I Set Up a Full Gallery Download in a Product Package?

There are a few ways to sell downloads. This guide will walk through the Product Package option.

You can sell download packages in your gallery using one of three methods:

• Setting up Tiered Pricing.
• Creating a Download Custom Product.
• Creating a Product Package (this article!).

Steps to Set Up a Full Gallery Download in a Product Package

1. Access Settings:
   From your Main Dashboard, click Settings.

   

2. Select or Edit a Price List:

   • Under the Store Pricing tab, choose the price list you want to work with.
   • Either create a new Product Package or click Edit Price to modify an existing one.
     

3. Add a Package Item:

   • Click Package Items.
   
   •  click + Add Item.
     

1. Choose Download Options:

   • From the product list, select High-Res Downloads.
     
   • Choose the type of download (e.g., High-Res or custom resolutions).
     

2. Set Download Quantity:

   • Specify the number of photos the client can download, or check the box to enable a Full Gallery Download.
     
   • Consider offering different quantities of downloads for various packages, reserving the full gallery download for premium or largest packages.

3. Customize Item Details:

   • Rename the Package Item Name and add a Package Item Description, if desired.
   • Click Add Item to include the download option in the package.
     

4. Optional Item Setup (if applicable):

   • If you'd like to make this an optional item in the package, check the box to enable it as an optional purchase and click Apply.
     
   • Set a separate price for the optional download if needed.

   • Click Apply to save the package item
     

Client Experience

Once you've completed these steps, clients purchasing a product package with a full gallery download will be able to download all images in the gallery or a set quantity, depending on the package details. Optional downloads will appear as add-ons within the package.
