# How Do I Set Up Shipping Rates to Be Covered by Me?

## When clients order items from your store, they typically pay the shipping costs during checkout. However, you can cover these shipping costs for your clients.

This applies to **self-fulfilled items**, while shipping rates for [lab-fulfilled items](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/how-do-i-set-up-a-new-price-list-and-automatically-assign-preferred-labs?hsLang=en) are set by the labs integrated with Pass. If you choose to offer[free shipping](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/how-do-i-enable-the-free-shipping-campaign?hsLang=en), the shipping cost will be charged to your card on file. Note that you must **[collect payments](https://servicehub.passgallery.com/how-do-i-set-up-photographer-collected-payments?hsLang=en) through your store** to enable this feature.

#### Covering Shipping Rates

1. **Access Settings**
   
     - From your **Main Dashboard**, click **Settings**.

2. **Edit Pricing for Store Items**
   
     - In the **Store Pricing** tab, hover over the item and click **Edit Price**.

3. **Adjust Shipping Payment Responsibility**
   
     - Under the **Shipping paid by client** dropdown menu, select the shipping method you would like to cover.

     - This will display **$0** in your client’s cart for the selected shipping option.

With these steps, your clients will see free shipping for the selected method, and the shipping costs will be charged to your account.
