When clients order items from your store, they typically pay the shipping costs during checkout. However, you can cover these shipping costs for your clients.
This applies to self-fulfilled items, while shipping rates for lab-fulfilled items are set by the labs integrated with Pass. If you choose to offer free shipping, the shipping cost will be charged to your card on file. Note that you must collect payments through your store to enable this feature.

Access Settings
- From your Main Dashboard, click Settings.
- From your Main Dashboard, click Settings.

Edit Pricing for Store Items
- In the Store Pricing tab, hover over the item and click Edit Price.
- In the Store Pricing tab, hover over the item and click Edit Price.

Adjust Shipping Payment Responsibility
- Under the Shipping paid by client dropdown menu, select the shipping method you would like to cover.
- This will display $0 in your client’s cart for the selected shipping option.
- Under the Shipping paid by client dropdown menu, select the shipping method you would like to cover.
With these steps, your clients will see free shipping for the selected method, and the shipping costs will be charged to your account.
