When your gallery settings require visitor emails, guests must provide their email addresses to access the gallery. As the photographer, you can view and export these emails to keep track of who has visited.
Even if you opt not to request visitor emails, certain email data (e.g., those used for shop orders) will still be stored and accessible.
Viewing Visitor Emails

Access Sales & Automation
- From your Main Dashboard, click Sales Campaigns.
- From your Main Dashboard, click Sales Campaigns.

Select Visitor Emails
- Click on Visitor Emails to view email data for your galleries.

Choose a Gallery
- Select a gallery name to view its specific visitor email list.

Review Details
- For each gallery, you can see the visitor emails along with their associated user types.

Exporting the Email List

Download the List
- While in the Visitor Emails section, click Download List to save the email data.

- The downloaded file will be in CSV format, which you can open using programs like:
